Overview
- Provide 3PL service and enhancing the supply chain system with their B2C and B2B business and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of logistics solutions
- Articulate the value proposition of our 3PL services to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their supply chain challenges and customize solutions based on client requirements, presenting comprehensive proposals and cost-benefit analyses.
- Source new sales opportunities through cold calling/ E Mail/ Linked In and collect BI (Business Intelligence) as required to generate appointments to covert leads, to achieve Business Development targets for both Warehousing & Last Mile delivery
- Maximize revenue and profits through price strategies, margin control and long term retention strategies
- Maintain BD pipeline reports, present periodic progress reports to senior leadership review
- Negotiate with clients and prepare rate quotations, share SOP guidelines, schedule warehouse visits with KDM’S and according finalize deal
- Understand the customer needs, priorities & ambitions, develop winning solution concepts and
- Communicate to the customer and drive continuous improvement strategies with key customers with
- Innovative marketing strategies to develop and maintain good professional relationship
- Communicate effectively with the corporate headquarters and other regional heads to ensure the alignment of regional and organizational objectives.
