Responsibilities Design and deliver live, recorded, and on-demand training programs for fashion & textile professionals Lead onboarding processes for new users and partners, ensuring the integration of AI tools into their workflows Create educational content (documents, videos, guides, case studies) tailored to industry needs Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training quality and product adoption.
Qualifications 3–6 years of professional experience in fashion or textile design Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CLO3D Experience in product training, customer enablement, or developing training programs Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex tools.
